Hampshire Marine Watch - Who's Involved?

Welcome to Hampshire Marine Watch, a new initiative setup to combat all marine crime across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight.

This new programme brings together all parties in the marine community to strengthen communication and help fight crime in the maritime environment.

The Hampshire Marine Watch Web Team will be based on the Isle of Wight and will run and monitor the site 24/7.
The Hampshire Constabulary will play a large part in using the website. This new crime prevention initiative will go a long way to helping combat marine crime in and around Hampshire and the Isle of Wight.
Project Kraken delivers an enhanced crime and counter terrorist ‘vigilance’ capability within the maritime environment of the Solent.
The Hampshire Constabulary's Marine Unit provides a specialist resource to the Constabulary, as well as providing a service to the boating community and the Hampshire public as a whole.
Fareham's Community Safety Partnership have initially funded the build of the website and have given us their full support. Please also look out for the new Fareham Community Safety Partnership website soon to be updated.
The Hampshire Fire and Rescue Service have also agreed to support Hampshire Marine Watch.
